Spring Flower Show 2011

Open to all Allotment tenants that are welcome to either show in the Parish Room or to come and join in the talk by Robert Wiseman who will be judging and then getting on with a talk about shows. All those that know Robert will know that he will give a performance that will be second to none. The Chairman will be awarding an Annual Spring Show cup for best exhibit in show. Please try to get to this evening and make it one of our shows to remember.
Plot Inspection
There is a plot inspection to be held on the 9th April and from then on carried out every two months.
Quiz Notice
To all those that have enjoyed the thrill of our quiz nights then the next one will be on the 14th May. Doors opening in the W.I.Hall, Rochford Square at 07.00p.m.for a 07.30p.m.start. Please keep this date in mind and tell your friends.
Trading Hut
Just a gentle reminder to those of you that have not taken advantage of our Trading Hut then please grab yourself a bargain with seeds that are at least half the retail price of Kings Seeds where we obtain them from. Also in store are still early, second early and late potatoes, but these are unlikely to last as members are after the last ones, but you may be lucky if you see Roger Smith at trading hut times 10 til 12 on Saturday and Jim Dorrell on Sunday. The onion sets Red Baron and Sturon are in stock as well as the shallot Golden Gourmet.
